Clean, labelled and certified Cat6 and Cat6a cabling for offices, high-rises, warehouses and homes. One network that works on day one and is easy to manage for the next 15 years. For buildings across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, BC.

From a 10-drop office to a full high-rise floor, we plan, pull, terminate and test every cable.
Data drops for desks, printers, cameras, access points and phones. Cat6a when you need 10-gig or high-power PoE.
Telecom rooms that are easy to work in, with clear labels and room to grow.
Fibre and copper backbone between floors, telecom rooms and buildings.
We plan the route before we pull, so runs stay within length limits and away from interference.
Every run is certified with a cable analyzer and the results go in your closeout package.
Messy closets re-dressed and dead cable removed, as code requires.
Cat6 is the right choice for most offices. It handles gigabit to every desk, VoIP phones, printers and standard PoE cameras, and supports 10-gigabit over shorter runs (up to about 55 m).
Cat6a carries 10-gigabit over the full 100 m channel and handles heat from high-power PoE better. Choose it for Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 access points, server rooms, PTZ cameras, and any building you expect to keep for more than 10 years. It costs more and the cable is thicker, so it needs bigger pathways.
Cat5e still works for simple, low-speed runs, but we rarely recommend it for new work. The labour is the same, and Cat6 gives you far more headroom.
Structured cabling is a planned system instead of a pile of patch cords. Every run goes from a jack at the desk or device, through a planned pathway, to a labelled port on a patch panel in a telecom room. Telecom rooms connect to each other with backbone cabling. When something changes, you move a patch cord instead of pulling a new cable.
We install to the TIA-568 cabling standards and follow BICSI practices for pathways, bend radius, separation from power, labelling and grounding. Work is done to BC code with the permits your project needs, by insured, WorkSafeBC-covered crews.
Cabling is priced per drop plus the telecom room work. The biggest factors are ceiling type (open, T-bar, drywall or concrete), how far each run travels, whether the building is occupied, and whether work has to happen after hours. We quote after a free site survey, so the number you get is fixed and itemized.
No surprises. You know the scope, price and schedule before we start.
We walk the space, measure routes and note every drop, camera and access point.
You get a clear, itemized quote with drawings and a schedule.
We pull the required permits and install to BC code with WorkSafeBC-covered crews.
Every run is tested and certified. You get test reports, labels and as-built documentation.
Straight answers for property managers, general contractors and business owners.
It depends on the ceiling, distance and building access, so we quote after a free site survey. You get a fixed, itemized price per drop and for the rack work before we start.
Cat6 suits most offices. Choose Cat6a for Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 access points, server rooms, high-power PoE and buildings you plan to keep for 10+ years. We will recommend the right mix during the site survey.
