See every door, dock and parking lot from your phone. We design, cable and install IP camera systems for warehouses, offices, retail, strata buildings and homes across BC.
Tell us about your building and what you need. We reply fast with next steps and a free site survey.
A camera only matters if it shows a face or a plate when you need it. We plan for that.
Entrances, reception, cash areas, hallways and stock rooms.
Weather-rated cameras built for BC rain.
Cameras that alert you, not just record.
Recording sized to how long you need to keep footage.
Live and recorded video on your phone, set up securely.
Replace old, blurry systems without starting from scratch.
Start with what you need to see. On the site survey we walk entrances, exits, docks, parking and high-value areas, and decide for each camera whether it needs to detect activity, recognize a person or read a plate. That decides the lens, resolution and mounting height.
Then plan the cabling. Most systems run on Power over Ethernet, so each camera gets one Cat6 cable back to a PoE switch. Long outdoor runs, poles and outbuildings may need fibre, wireless bridges or local power. Clean cabling is what keeps a camera system reliable for years.
Size the recording. Storage depends on camera count, resolution, frame rate and how many days you need to keep. Most businesses keep 30 days. Some industries and strata councils keep longer.
Businesses in BC must follow privacy law when they record people. In practice that means posting signage, aiming cameras only where you have a reason to record, and limiting who can view footage. We help you place cameras sensibly, and your privacy officer or lawyer should confirm your policy.
We install the major commercial IP camera platforms and work with systems you already have. We recommend based on your site and budget, not on a single brand.

It depends on camera count, cabling distances, recording length and features like license plate recognition. We quote after a free site survey so the price is fixed and itemized.
Yes. We set up secure mobile viewing for you and the staff you choose, with permissions for each user.
Yes. We can reuse some existing coax with encoders or replace the system with IP cameras, depending on what gives you the best result for the budget.
Yes. We install camera systems for parkades, lobbies, mail rooms and bike rooms in strata and multi-unit buildings.
Most IP cameras use one Cat6 cable for both data and power (PoE). We run and test that cabling as part of the install.
